While the creator of Susie’s Sweets is Hampton native and serial restaurateur Shane Pine, the inspiration is Pine’s mother Susie.

Whether you’re trying the Unicorn Bark on your ice cream, or just popping some Licorice Bridge Mix in your mouth, you’ll be indulging in treats in a family atmosphere where Susie’s own grandchildren often work behind the counter (and definitely celebrate their birthdays with a cool, sweet, ice cream cake!)
